Norco College is hosting a Battle of the Bands in which the first round starts soon.
The college’s Music Industry Studies program will stage the event Nov. 9, giving contestants a chance at recognition and prizes.
In the first round, bands must submit information, social media links and recordings by Sept. 1 by clicking here, a college news release states.
Finalists, who will be notified by mid-October, will move to the November showdown before an audience in the Norco College Amphitheater.
The first-place winner will receive a paid performance slot at NOMU Fest 2025 on campus and the chance to record a professionally mixed and mastered EP in the Norco College recording studio, the release states.
