Hemet arena invites public to hang out with horses, enjoy coffee

They came to mix with horses — and for a cup of coffee.

T.H.E. Center, a riding arena in Hemet, swung open its doors Saturday, July 27, for another session of Coffee with Horses.

Twice a month, the center hosts the event, which also featured tours of the facility and an arts and crafts activity for kids.

The arena’s goal is to give opportunities to the disabled, those with special needs, older residents and families to ride horses.
