Miguel’s Jr. has has expanded its morning lineup beyond breakfast burritos.
The Corona-based chain is now serving Churro Pancakes topped with dulce de leche, cinnamon and sugar; a Breakfast Taco with scrambled eggs, bacon cheddar cheese and green sauce; a Sunrise Bowl with scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, cheddar cheese and diced tomatoes; and a Chorizo Bowl with scrambled eggs, potatoes and cheddar cheese.
The four new items join four breakfast burritos, including Chorizo; Machaca; Green Pig, made with marinated pork; and Sunrise, made with bacon.
Miguel’s Jr. also has two new iced coffees, vanilla and caramel.
Breakfast is served until 11 a.m. daily at select locations. Check the chain’s website for hours at each location.
Miguel’s Jr. also recently introduced a line of bowls.
