Karl Strauss Brewing Company will open a brewpub in The Shops at Dos Lagos in Corona on Tuesday, Oct. 1.
The restaurant is at 2745 Lakeshore Drive, taking over space formerly occupied by Taps Fish House and Brewery, which closed all its locations in July 2023. One has since reopened, at John Wayne Airport.
It will have 16 taps offering “a mix of classic and seasonal beers,” according to a news release from the San Diego-based craft brewery.
The menu includes burgers and sandwiches as well as entrees such as ginger salmon, beer brined pork chops and fish and chips.
Happy hour will be 3-6 p.m. with $6 beer and $10 appetizers, according to the restaurant’s website.
And there will be a $20 Beer and Burger special 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday, the news release said.
This is the chain’s ninth brewpub overall and its second in Riverside County, after Temecula.
