Those interested in seeing old photos and artifacts from Corona’s past are invited to a special “show and tell” event Saturday, Sept. 14.
The meeting will be in the Community Room at Corona’s historic Civic Center. Set up will begin at 9:15 a.m., with the event set for 10 a.m. to noon.
Guests are asked to bring old photos, artifacts and other items that may be sitting in their homes, garages or offices — “treasures just waiting to be discovered and shared,” a news release states.
Items will be displayed for others to see. Guests can talk to others about their collections. With guests’ permission, items may be photographed and cataloged, the release states.
